Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

🌍 Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship across the UAE and to selected international locations.
International shipping times and fees may vary depending on the destination.

⏳ Delivery Time:

UAE Deliveries: Estimated 2-4 business days.
International Deliveries: Estimated 5-10 business days, subject to customs clearance.

💸 Shipping Fees:
UAE Orders: Complimentary shipping for orders above 300 AED; a flat shipping fee applies for orders below.
International Orders: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

📦 Customs & Duties:
For international shipments, customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected upon delivery.

🕊 Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor its journey.

💔 Delays & Exceptions:
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances like weather, customs delays, or high demand periods may cause slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

📬 Incorrect Shipping Information:
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Coso Living cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
